The world of spirit is a place filled with the energies of joy, hope, wisdom and love, so much love. In these nonphysical realms that surround us are spirit guides, teachers and others who love and support us as we go through our daily lives. They come to help, even when we have no idea they are there.
I was first introduced to the metaphysical tool of table tippng while studying with Dr. Gwen Totterdale in Coronado, California in 1989. To my surprise, the first nonphysical being that I met was my Grandma Mahoney who had passed away about a year before the session! It was such a loving, healing experience and it touched my heart very deeply. I loved her so deeply and it was such a comforting experience to have her greet me and welcome me to this new area of communication with spirit. After this, I wanted to return to meet more of my guides and teachers for additional guidance and love in my life. So throughout the past twenty years I have grown from a student to a teacher (although I am still always learning something new!) in the physical mediumship of table tipping.
Those who are solid physical mediums can use tools like table tipping or the pendulum. The energy of your guides and teachers comes on the table and gently moves the table in a specific direction. When your hand is placed on the table it touches your guides energy and an increase in your vibrational frequency occurs. Your heart is touched, it’s like getting a “spiritual hug”.
